1. About Charming Neck

Charming Neck is a Dubai-based jewellery business offering handmade and handcrafted jewellery.

Our products are sold online through our website and are currently available for delivery within the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Handmade & Natural Materials

Each Charming Neck piece is handmade or handcrafted individually or in small batches.

Because we use natural materials such as freshwater pearls and gemstones, slight variations in colour, shape, size, texture, and appearance may occur. These natural variations are not considered defects and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

3. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, measurements, and materials are presented as accurately as possible.

Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Please review the product description and materials before placing your order.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

Orders can be placed through our website by completing the checkout process.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully received and the order has been confirmed by Charming Neck.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and, where applicable, provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund.

Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been prepared or shipped.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham).

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Charming Neck is not currently registered for VAT. If any tax becomes applicable to your order under UAE law, it will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements.

We use third-party payment providers to process payments securely. Charming Neck does not intentionally store full payment card details.

In the event of an obvious pricing or product information error, we reserve the right to contact you before processing the order and, where necessary, cancel the order and provide an appropriate refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Charming Neck currently delivers within the United Arab Emirates only.

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery times provided on our website are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is subject to the courier’s service and the delivery information provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

7. Returns & Exchanges

As each Charming Neck piece is carefully handmade or handcrafted in small batches, we kindly ask our customers to choose their pieces carefully before placing an order. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide your order number together with clear photographs of the item and its original packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable remedy, which may include repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable UAE law.

Items returned for review should be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unless the nature of the defect makes this impossible.

Any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable UAE law remain unaffected by this policy.

8. Jewellery Care

To help maintain the condition of your jewellery, we recommend:

• Avoiding contact with water, perfumes, lotions, oils, and chemicals.
• Removing jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or sleeping.
• Storing jewellery in a dry place, preferably in the pouch or jewellery box provided.

Natural materials may change slightly over time with regular use. Proper care can help preserve their appearance and condition.

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or failure to follow the recommended care instructions is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time, Charming Neck may offer promotions, discounts, gift-with-purchase offers, or special collections.

Promotional terms may vary and will be communicated with the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined.

Charming Neck reserves the right to modify or withdraw a promotion where permitted by applicable law.

10. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Charming Neck website, including photographs, videos, product designs, logos, graphics, text, and branding, belongs to Charming Neck or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use our content without our prior written permission.

You agree not to use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

11. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Charming Neck will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events.

This does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction of the UAE.
